Robert has been an instructor/trainer and advocate of the fitness lifestyle for over 25 years. A former commissioned officer with the U.S. Army, Robert served with distinction while assigned to the 1st Infantry Training Brigade as a Basic Training Commander, Fort Benning, Ga. As a commander, Robert designed and implemented fitness programs that prepared his soldiers to survive and win in combat that included grass/guerrilla drills, obstacle/confidence courses, and strength/metabolic circuits. Robert has a BS degree in Health and Physical Education from David Lipscomb University, Nashville, Tn and completed his MS degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Ga. Robert is currently a member of the Quest Gym fitness and personal training staff in Duluth, Ga. Robert designs fitness and conditioning programs to match the needs and goals of his clients. |

LaMetry is a coach, athlete, mentor, and educator. A trainer since 2012, he’s worked in commercial gyms, private training studios and strength and conditioning facilities. As a part of LIFE Fitness he coaches soccer moms to drug free strength and physique competitors and everything in between. In 2014, LaMetry started competing in natural physique competitions. He’s working towards earning pro status as a natural physique competitor with the WNBF.
