Robert has been an instructor/trainer and advocate of the fitness lifestyle for over 25 years. A former commissioned officer with the U.S. Army, Robert served with distinction while assigned to the 1st Infantry Training Brigade as a Basic Training Commander, Fort Benning, Ga. As a commander, Robert designed and implemented fitness programs that prepared his soldiers to survive and win in combat that included grass/guerrilla drills, obstacle/confidence courses, and strength/metabolic circuits. Robert has a BS degree in Health and Physical Education from David Lipscomb University, Nashville, Tn and completed his MS degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Ga. Robert is currently a member of the Quest Gym fitness and personal training staff in Duluth, Ga. Robert designs fitness and conditioning programs to match the needs and goals of his clients.
